The Science and Art of Reading People

Ever had a conversation where you thought you were being perfectly clear … only to realise the other person heard something completely different? In business, how well we understand the person in front of us can make an enormous difference to how effectively we communicate, build trust and create connection.

In this highly interactive presentation, International Profiling and Communications Specialist Alan Stevens will introduce us to the science and art of reading people. You’ll discover how recognising different personality traits — including clues found in facial features and even the hand — can offer fascinating insights into how people prefer to communicate.

Alan will demonstrate his Rapid Trait Profiling system live, using people in the room to show how individual differences influence the way we connect. You’ll leave with practical insights to help you adapt your communication, understand others more quickly and create stronger relationships — in business and beyond.

Plus of course you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself and your business to those present at the meeting as you deliver your 20 second Elevator Pitch.
